Recently, in seismic design analysis, some non-structural elements have been defined and analyzed as rigid bodies, which makes it difficult to ensure the safety of against earthquakes. In recently revised “Seismic Design Standards for Fire-Fighting Facilities,” fire-fighting facilities load structural prioritizes each connection. particular, a tank vibrating due an earthquake, pressure from fluid flow is exerted on wall interaction between liquid structure; fact, this may increase stress cause damage. addition, frequency water connecting pipe different, alter other’s wavelength. The crucial supplying water, acts fire-extinguishing agent, facility. terms earthquake damage tank, risk increases when cannot be supplied during fire continuous section connector connected tank. study, criteria review items are presented such that “Structural Safety Checklist Seismic Water Tanks” can reviewed compared by item design.
